What do I do after I sign-up?
The best way to start is to add your profile picture and information about yourself. The more specific you are, the better chances you have of attracting the right person to you. Completing your profile will increase your success here, so don’t skimp on this step. Once you have updated your profile, get out there and mingle, send flirts, chat and have fun!
How do members exchange photos?
Users can exchange photos with each other through their message box. Browse for the photos you want to share, choose the image, and click okay to send.
How can I find and contact other members?
We offer multiple ways to contact people that interest you. To find local members, use our search function. You can also contact any member you like by sending them a personal chat message or send a flirt.

What are the guidelines for adding photos?
When you upload your photos, you will get the best results using images under 2mb, size should be at least 400x400 and in the JPEG, PNG,
To sustain an inoffensive environment, the following photos are prohibited:
- No Photos of or including minors or children
- No Commercial photos
- No Photos that violate a copyright
- No Photos with abusive, insulting, or otherwise offensive content
- No Photos that show personal information, for example, names or email addresses
How do I upload photos to my profile?
To upload a photo on your profile, follow these steps:
- Click the upload button in your profile.
- Click on one of the options to upload your picture.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
How can I delete photos from my profile?
You can delete a photo by hovering over the picture you want to delete - when the “x” appears in the corner, click it.
What are credits used for?
After your initial free credits (if you have) are spent you may purchase additional coins for sending pictures and messages.
What are the costs for sending messages?
Sending one (1) message or one (1) photo will cost you 20 credits. One (1) message is limited to 300 characters. Send flirt cost 20 credits and send a gift is 10 credits. Receiving messages, flirts and photos is FREE of charge
How can I purchase credits?
You can top up your balance by clicking your profile / photo/username in the top right corner and then choosing the option «Credits», then choose «Add credits». You can choose one of our offered packages: basic, standard, premium, ultimate and VIP
What payment options do I have?
Depending on which country you reside, we offer different payment methods, e.g. bank transfers, prepaid cards, credit cards and other local payment options.
I’m having trouble buying credits. What should I do?
Use the «Contact us» form and select «Payment». Try to describe your problem as accurately as possible, providing us as much information as you can (e.g. screenshots and the reason for rejection), and we will try our best to help you.
How can I check my credit balance?
You can check your credit balance by clicking your profile tab in the top right corner and then choose the option «Credits». In this page you can manage your balance, check your history for credits spent and purchase more credits.
Can I view my message/flirt History?
Yes you can! You can view your credits history by clicking your profile /photo/ username tab in the top right corner and then choose the option «Credits». Here you can check your history of credits spent, manage your balance and purchase more credits.
Can I have more than one (1) account?
You are only permitted to have one (1) account at a time. Please ensure that you delete your old account, before creating a new one. Creating multiple accounts could result in you being blacklisted, as well as your email addresses and IP addresses.
Can I report abusive behavior?
Yes. We take reports very seriously. We hold our members to a very high standard to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable experience for everybody.
If you feel that someone is acting in an offensive, suspicious, or abusive manner, please don’t hesitate to report them to us. We also appreciate when you report members who are using our services for commercial activity or fraud. This helps us keep our site pleasant and professional.
Report or Block a User
The best way to report someone is to use the contact us link
The Block List is a privacy setting that allows you to block messages from people you no longer wish to receive messages from. By adding a person to this list, you are setting up your profile to reject every message they send.
To I remove a member from your blocked list, just click on the link again and the status will change.
How can I activate or deactivate notifications and newsletters?
The option to activate or deactivate notifications and newsletters is located in your profile edit.
How do I delete my account?
After logging into your account:
Click your profile photo / username in the top right corner and then choose the option «Settings». There you will find the «Delete My Account» link. You are personally responsible for deleting your own account. Please do not contact us requesting that we delete it for you.
The information you delete will be irretrievable once you have deleted it, so please consider your options well before making your decision!
Can I access the site with my mobile?
Yes. Our site is responsive and designed to function well on both personal computers and all mobile devices. We have also mobile view function that you can choice or the site feel if you using a mobile phone and do that for you.
Why can’t I log-in with my username and password?
Double check to ensure you are spelling your username and password correctly, and that the case is correct. If you are still unable to log into the system, contact us and describe in full detail the problem you’re experiencing.
How do I change my personal information?
Click on your user name and then “profile edit”. To change your personal information, simply edit your profile as you please and click “Save”.
How do I recover a forgotten password?
Click on the link “Forgotten Password” and we will send you a temporary password that you can use to sign in and change your password to what you want.
How can I change my e-mail address?
You can change your e-mail address in your Profile edit.
Is it safe to use your site?
